Elvira Green is an experienced real estate agent dedicated to helping homeowners with their goals. In 2011 Elvira joined Coccia Real Estate Group with over 10 years of experience in mortgage banking and in real estate. Now, with 17+ years in the industry, Elvira has time and again proven her ability to use her marketing and sales skills to close deals.
In both 2014 and 2015 not only was Elvira awarded the NJAR Circle of Excellence Sales Award – she achieved Silver Level with over $10 Million in sales! 2016 is also looking to be a record year in sales. Elvira achieves these awards by educating and guiding her clients with her experience and knowledge.
Elvira works across northern New Jersey but specializes in Florham Park, Madison, East Hanover, Chatham, Cedar Knolls and Whippany.
Past Experience
Prior to joining Coccia Realty Elvira was a Mortgage Associate with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. For six years she was responsible for mortgage procurement and processing. Mortgages can be confusing for homeowners. As a mortgage associate Elvira was recognized for her ability to help families and borrowers understand the bank’s various home loan products.
Elvira also worked as a Compliance Specialist for six years at Merrill Lynch & Co. While at Merrill, she managed Money Purchase, 401(k), & Profit Sharing plans for Fortune 500 companies. And that’s not all, Elvira also has a business degree from Caldwell College.
In Her Personal Time
In addition to her work as a realtor, Elvira currently owns & operates a rental business, Bella Piazza LLC. For over 10 years she has been helping families find great vacation rentals in Florida.
A resident of Florham Park/Madison, New Jersey for over 40 years she is an active participant in various charitable and school activities. Elvira has been married for over 15 years and is mom to two children. Last but not least, she is also bi-lingual. Since she was a child Elvira has spoken both English and Italian.
